I have been going here to get my nails done for the past six months and absolutely love it. I am very fussy about how I like my nails done, and I find the staff working there extraordinarily friendly. They do a fabulous job every time I go and see them. I fully recommend this wonderful nail salon! Thank you for all the great work you do!
Really wanted to try as I have had bad experiences at my usual nail salon over the past few months. I came in on a Sunday and was able to be serviced almost immediately. I opted for a french mani and I wasn't disappointed. My nails look fantastic and the price of $65 seemed more than reasonable. I will definitely come back and try a few more times. But very happy so far.
Royal nail was recommend by a friend to get my nails done as a one off for formal. The customer service was lovely, and my nails looks almost identical to the insiration photo. So pleased with the outcome that I Definitely won’t need the excuse of having an occasion to get my nails done now!
Got the best manicure I’ve had in a long time here last week see pic, love the cool feature nail! Every manicure I’ve had here probably 30 now has lasted so well, the service is great, and coming in always brightens my day! Before finding this salon I tried almost every other salon in the CBD. A great spot for manicures, pedicures, acrylics, gel, powder and in a great location that’s perfect for your lunch break if you work in the cbd ! Went in this evening asked for full set french tips. The lady told me no you just need 3 false tips and keep your natural nails so I'm like sure okay. When i went to pay I wa charged $85 which nowhere on the pricelist does it state it was $85. A full set french tips is $65. Bare in mind I only had 3 false nails put on. Have left the salon with bumpy nails & cuts on 3 of my fingers. Absolutely will not be going back, they just make up prices on the spot clearly.
Went in pre booked for a gel pedicure. I noticed nail clippings all over the floor and rusty nail clippers/untensils which was a bad start but tried to look past that. I was there for a total of 1.5hours because they took in 4 walk ins and started working on them, trying to multitask and make a profit. Sadly this meant I was unattended for most of the time I sat there. I noticed they did not clean the pedi spa after each client. I watched others getting a leg and foot massage.. I only got a very basic leg massage and no foot rub at all which is always the part I look fwd to when I get a spa pedi. They barely talked to me, usually I get asked what length and shape I want my nails but they just went ahead without ever checking in. On their board it says how much each treatment is but yet I was charged extra with no explanation. My nails look okay but my cuticles have been cut to the point of bleeding and I was extremely dissatisfied with the customer service and overall experience. I went here because of the good reviews and high rating but would never go here again. $80 for a gel pedicure French tip with no foot rub, cut and painful cuticles and being under prioritized to the walk ins was appalling.
The worst place I’ve ever been, I have tried to contact for a refund but have yet to reach them. Edit 3: it’s been less than 2 weeks, no fingernails left and my actual nails are in bits, totally destroyed. My pedicure while still on, the gel polish is cracking and lifting. Edit 2: it’s been 9 days and I have 3 nails left, the rest have fallen off Edit: it’s been a week and my nails are starting to fall off and I have taken good care of them. I wish I had read the reviews before coming here, I was in town and felt like treating myself to a pedicure so popped in here as it’s near my work, I was instantly bullied into an upgrade to gel nails too, I reluctantly agreed as why not, if it’s good it’d be handy being close to work. It all went downhill from there, like another person said 3 ladies did my procedures all at the same time and did not speak to me, normally I do like to be left alone but they only spoke each other in a different language. It was so awkward and not one bit relaxing. It felt like let’s get this done and maximise profit and get her pet asap. My nails are still feeling very uncomfortable, they’re sore and some of my cuticles were bleeding. The one positive is that the colour and length of my nails was good. It was far too expensive for the experience, I don’t recommend and will never go back.
Great salon, perfect job, lovely staff! The only word of caution :try and book your appointment in advance, if possible, as they can be just swarmed with work! I am client of this place for already 2 years and very happy with them! Definitely recommend!
Yesterday my daughter's and I went here for a treat day out. The service and care given to us was outstanding. I've never had a pedicure before and was in total bliss as the team made me feel special and taken care of whilst also having my nails done. I wanted to say a huge thank you and can't wait to return for another treat day out with my girls thanks to all the staff that made our day.
Poor and uncaring customer service ! They tried to persuade me quite strongly to go for then more expensive option but I just wanted the normal French mani for $ 35. I was left to soak my nails for more than 20 minutes and no one attended to me or spoke to me - I removed my nails from the cold water and waited . The technician was quite abrupt in her manner - I have given an extra star as the end result was not bad . She finished and lowered the reading lamp on my hand to dry the nails and I asked if she could use the infra red nail dryer - there were three lying around and she said I’m not allowed as I opted for the cheaper option . The manner was quite unfriendly and patronizing . Not the first time I’ve got my nails done and never experienced this behavior. Every other salon I’ve visited has used the infra red to dry. Plenty of salons to choose from - don’t visit this one as they do need to learn some respect for customer and need training in customer service.
