It was my first time coming in today and absolutely so pleased with my red french tips in an almond shape - looks very classy and elegant. I also noticed that my fingers felt and looked very hydrated after my appointment as compared to other salons where the fingers evidently look so dry and abused. This nail salon will definitely be my new go to! x

With a recent change of ownership, eNails has had a fresh new fit out. KT and Ling who now own the business are very passionate and knowledgeable about nails and in my personal experience have always done a fantastic job. I have been going to e-nails in Merivale for the past 2 years and have found the quality of work is equal to if not better than most of the nail salons in Christchurch. Their prices are also very reasonable and they can always fit me in when I do not make an appointment. I would have given 5 stars if only the chat amongst the staff did not completely bypass the customer. I frequently recommend this place to people.
I wouldn't go back, very dirty, how hard is it to keep the basin and work stations clean during the day and the overall feel of the place was grubby and un welcoming. I would never go back. I should have got up and left when I saw all the previous customers bits of nails on the Emery boards. Staff too busy on their phones to interact with clients, even a hello when you arrive would be nice.
I was very disappointed in the service. I was there for 1hour in that time I was spoken to 3 times once directing where to sit once to ask where I got my oringal nails done and that is 55dollars not even please. The place was not very clean the colour of my nails uneven. I asked for another coat but that made no difference. Nail techs often on their phone or talking loudly to each other across the room . Unfriendly and poor service sums it up. One star one too many
