The Roundabout Bar and Kitchen

Great little place. Sit inside or outside. Simple no nonsense menus. Food fantastic, drinks awesome, especially the Sprig and Fern beers, and the service was impeccable. Very reasonable prices too. Would definitely recommend a visit.

Sprig +Fern is awesome place in Tawa town centre. Great selection of craft beers amd food. Outdoor seating area is good on clear weather and indoor seating area is big too. They don't do Tasting puddles but allow takeaway beer in brown plastic bottles which is treat.

Used to love it but we moved back from oz in July and sadly the new GM is just a grumpy pr*ck. Really off-putting when we used to come by every weekend. All other staff are really great and the owner seems good but only dealt with him once. Think people are being a bit over generous with an average bar menu though. It's not bad at all. Just not great. Great drinks though.

Discovered this place 5 months ago. The food is always fresh, tasty and decent portion sizes. They also know how to make a good hot pot of tea - not an easy thing for many pubs and cafes to master in this day of mainly everyone drinking coffee. The coffee is also hot and very well made. Highlights so far from the menu for us have been the marguerita pizza, fries, lamb burger and caramel chicken. Service is ultra friendly and very efficient too so you can't ask for much more really :

A great place to be able to have a beer and take your dog also. The back courtyard was sunny, comfortable and at one point was able to accommodate upto 7 different tables with dogs. Cold beers were perfect on a hot day, ordered jalapeno balls..yum..pizza though could have done with a little less cheese on it. Overall definitely going back again.

I find their beer to be good without being great but this place is cool. Nice area out back and plenty of space inside.

Came here with my partner our first time coming & we definitely was satisfied, beautiful food & beautiful team members decent sized meals & affordable, we enjoyed our drinks too - We definitely will be back

My sister and I celebrated our February birthdays with a lunch at Sprig and Fern. We enjoyed our meal and the service.

Sprig & Fern Tawa never lets me down. The food is always delicious, service is great, prices are reasonable. Often come here for mid-week lunch; it's quiet and spacious. In the winter, the fire is often going which creates a really nice atmosphere. The bathrooms are clean and smell nice. Today we had the salmon, caramel chicken, and a sundae. All were executed well. Only little niggle is that there was no alternative milk for coffee.
