Catherine
has been actively involved in the real estate industry for over 28 years — the last 25 have been in Hastings and Havelock North, where she has earned a reputation as a specialist in residential sales and is consistently one of the top award winning salespeople. Much of her success can be attributed to hard work, dedication and a true desire to help people achieve their ideal result. Her patience and understanding of clients circumstances are a unique strong point and why most of her listings come from recommendations past clients.

Catherine and Peter
have been married for over 40 years and are lucky enough to have their 3 children and families all living in the Bay and thoroughly enjoy the time spent with family. They both enjoy music and are fortunate in that respect to have their eldest son working locally as a musician, as well as a granddaughter studying music at University.

Andrew
has grown up in Hawke’s Bay and loves everything it has to offer. He has a passion for motorsport & fishing, and has always had a keen interest in the property market. During his 9 years with a local builders merchants in a management role, he has established a very good relationship with builders, tradespeople, suppliers and fellow workers. His knowledge of building practice, caring manner with people and his skills in today’s technology hold him in good stead for his career in real estate.

Peter (AREINZ)
Has been in the industry for 40 years in various sales and management roles including 6 years as Principal of Peak Realty in Hawke’s Bay, a company which gained 30% market share at its’ “Peak”! He has taken a step back from selling but still very much part of the team with sound advice and as the marketing specialist.
