Story

After more than 50 years combined experience in farming and agri-business in Hawke’s Bay, Kris August and Tim Wynne-Lewis, joined Bayleys to form a team specialising in the rural and lifestyle property market. Our background means that our knowledge extends beyond property, and we can provide you with sound advice, taking into account the 'bigger picture'. We have a wealth of rural expertise and a large network of contacts across all levels of the ag industry. This, coupled with the strength of the Bayleys brand, and its national and international reach, enable us to get the best result possible for our clients.

We work very much as a team - we are licensed agents to manage your real estate needs whilst our P.A. Tracy, who is a lifestyle block owner herself, takes care of the advertising and administration, ensuring you are kept informed every step of the way.
