What a fantastic weekend this group of ladies had staying at The Riverstone Rangiora. The bulk of our group stayed in Unit 18 which is at the rear of the property. We had a direct walk through to the lovely Brook Bar & Restaurant next door, and a Supermarket next door to that. The local Liquor store shared a carpark with the Brook as well.... what more could we possible want?... And even though the Brook carpark was right outside our windows, there was little to no noise from either venue.nThe unit itself was clean and bright, with everything you could possible need in the kitchen. Each room having it's own ensuite was an absolute god-send when you are travelling with a large group of women, and we really appreciated the additional space of a big lounge / kitchen area to keep our team together. Also the smoke stop doors kept any noise out of the bedrooms so the rooms were perfectly quiet.nMike and Charlotte are outstanding hosts and nothing was too much trouble and we really hope we have the opportunity to stay there again.
Our daughter and son in law gifted us with two nights stay at The Riverstone and it was such a blessing and wonderful experience on our holiday from Australia.nIt’s very clean, comfortable and spacious.nCharlotte and her husband were very friendly and accommodating.nWe’d stay here again on our next visit to Rangiora.
Stayed here for one night while on business and couldn’t fault it. We were greeted by Mike, who was super friendly and had a great sense of humour — such a nice welcome after a long day.nThe room was incredibly clean… honestly impeccable! You can tell they really take pride in the details. Loved the quality coffee sachets, the eco friendly toiletries and the little touch of Whittaker’s chocolates definitely a favourite of mine!.nWould 100% recommend staying here if you appreciate cleanliness and those thoughtful extras. Thanks again for a great stay!
Very central within Canterbury, if you are here to travel north to the Winelands, east to the beach, west to the hills for a good tramp or South to Christchurch for urban scenery. Charlotte & Mike are easy going & very helpful, was a perfect place to stay.
Great! Basic quiet, clean !! So clean! convenient accommodation. Exactly what you want for a stopover. Super friendly, helpful management and right next to a great pub for dinner and a wine before bed.
