What a nice cafe! They smoke their own salmon, and it was incredible on the smoked salmon bagel we split for breakfast. Good coffee, and a nice atmosphere made cozy by the sheepskin coverings on the chairs I'm not sure if they're real or synthetic. There's a covered outdoor area that is shared with the restaurant next door. It has a very cozy looking fireplace that must be nice in the fall. Really liked this place and will return.
Absolutely delicious!! Crispy bacon and perfectly cooked pancakes Staff are very friendly and welcoming. I felt the atmosphere was both energizing and relaxing - likely because the layout of the tables were well spaced and the interior design was nice. There's also a couch which is a great option to utilise when waiting for coffees.

Coffee mildly warm waited too long for a sausage roll to be heated. Over 10 minutes and it was quiet. Usually a lot better than this. We had to ask for our money back for the food we ran out of time waitress was poor.
Poor service. Wait staff clearly don't know what they are doing, I had to tell the person who was taking my order that there was eggs in the mushroom dish because she didn't know what was in the meal, and they don't have a menu on their side to check. Our food was great, delicious and came out fast. We had to ask 2 different staff where our coffees were because they didnt come out until we'd almost finished our meals. Wifi is very good here. I noticed from the way the ordering is set up, with no menus provided at tables there were a lot of people standing at the counter taking up a lot of space. Overall not a very good experience, which is unfortunate because it clearly has a lot of potential.
BEST CAFE in the Mount!!!! My local and love going there every day as the staff are friendly, the Fixation coffee the best in town and the food is delicious. The weekends are busy as everyone goes for brunch and although you may wait a bit longer, it's worth it!!! The cafe's been open for 3 months and some people are quick to complain WITHOUT talking to the person in charge. Cowardly!!! Free wifi doesn't mean you sit there all day and prevent other people from enjoying the food and ambience because you're taking up a chair at a table of 4. The Rabbit Hole Cafe is a busy little cafe doing a great job because thousands of customers who've already visited since it opened, pretty much reflect the cafe Must be doing more than just something right.
My partner and I went for breakfast. We ordered pancakes and eggs Benedict. Both meals were delicious and price was reasonable. My only complaint was that the meals were not hot enough. Hot plates would have made a differences. The coffee wasn't very strong.
A fabulous meal, very nice decor, great service. A very enjoyable evening.
Very slow kitchen. We went for Brunch on a Sunday and the place wasn't even half full yet it took 45 minutes for our food to come out there was only two of us. I'm not sure if they are understaffed or just not great chefs but there wasn't a lot of food coming out of that kitchen. Otherwise the food was decent and the wait stuff were nice enough. Can't say I'd go again though because of the wait.
