Couldn't͏ have asked for more. We͏ checked around and interviewed a couple of agents, and Graham stood out as the obvious choice. He was honest and transparent about the perceived value and costs to market our home. Rather than telling us what he thought we might want to hear, he was straight up with us and we appreciated that. A little different to the other agents we interviewed! Graham promoted our home at every opportunity, ran two open homes every weekend, and was excellent with his feedback - warts and all. We felt he was on our side all the way, and so it turned out. He sold our property at a very agreeable price to us, and we were extremely appreciative of the work he did to bring this about.
