I had to ask multiple times before they sent me the interest on my deposit. They shared personal information without my consent. I will never ever use them again. If you do a simple search on the people who left 5 star reviews, they are mostly employees of the company.

The worst company on planet earth. Unethical staff that disregard POPIA and distribute information amongst their staff to find out tenants personal information. Run to the body corporate and bypass due process to manipulate false claims against tenants without proper investigation. Charge lease extension fees when a lease extension hasn’t been signed and when challenged say it’s “company policy”. Never respond timeously to maintenance calls when reported. Don’t willingly return interest on a deposit unless tenant requests for it to be included in the deposit. As a property investor I would steer clear of CSi from managing your properties. They’ll be the reason you lose a tenant.

Celebration retirement villiage is beautiful and although we are not entirely unhappy, the kitchen manager and CSI reception staff are not entirely helpful or sympathetic to their elderly clientele. When we asked for the number of the CSI Manager, we were told that they have very strict rules and that this was not possible. I understand that one does not necessarily want to give out private numbers, but mostly, people who are happy to be held accountable, are also willing to make their numbers available. One would hope that the 2-star google rating they currently have, would be a warning sign of unhappy customers, and that they will put measures in place to alter this perception. Perhaps a change in the kitchen mangement and reception personnel would be a start. Heidi and her husband were extremely helpful and we are sorry that they left.

I rented a property THROUGH CSI. BUT have realised they are not transparent and ethical. According to law the interest accrued on the deposit must be paid to the tenant. If I had not queried and faught for this they would have not refunded me the additional money owed to me. They also refuse to be transparent in their quotes for maintenance of the property and their argument is that they know the units well and that is their fee for repainting. Please be aware of this company that steals money from tenants.

I live in a beautiful complex, but honestly the worst part about my experience is the service from Cheryl de Lange. Something that took 15 min to fix took 2 month for them to come to my apartment to fix it. I sent them an email almost daily, and the only reason they came was because we withheld our rent. We can't they just do their job? We pay a fee so we can get a service. They are a disgrace, they cant even be bothered to try. They just simply ignore you until they want their money. I pay my rent on time each time, and they can't even be bothered to hold their side of the deal. CSI is terrible!!!!

I've had a pipe issue. After it got resolved, it created other problems. While I'm grateful for the help, the CSi team has went quiet, while my pipes make so much noise whenever I flush the toilet or open a tap of water. They have went quiet and I still have to pay rent. This is so disappointing, and they still raise their prices

0 service. Money making scheme off your deposits! but of cause they know this... They don't care. They get their salaries and commissions based on these...and go home and sleep peacefully. If I was the owner of the business I would ask my why people don't renew contracts and why is it that there complex if half empty!. Pathetic! Midriver estate is being managed inhumanely. 5 years from now the complex will be a ghost town! or will be degraded to a mini Hilbrow! watch!

Please do not ever purchase a property that CSI manages. They will rip you off for your money and they management team is useless. All they want is your money and never able to deliver a service. Bart from CSI is the worst to deal with right down to the rest of the staff took a year and 4months to get my geyser fixed

My unit in SUMMERPLACE has been having damp walls and mold in my living room, kitchen and bedroom from water seeping through when it rains. I have contacted them several times via email and telephone but they do not want to assist me with this matter. It is now nearly 3 months and the issue has not been resolved yet. CSI has poor service and they think that the residents of the properties that they manage do not know their rights.

Terrible company based on a bunch of sly thieves. Avoid them if possible, worst property management I've ever experienced
