Nice, relaxed, laid-back community drop-in and catch up space. Friendly, welcoming people. Comfortable surrounds and decor. It's free and they hold boardgame evening every first Friday of the month for those who are interested.
Cool option for a function that you wish to host yourself.
Fantastic crafts and artworks in this current setup.
A wonderful community space. Available for meetings, art exhibits etc. Create Space is on once a month for locals to come along and get creative. Boomerang Bags Petone volunteers sew bags for local shops and customers every Wednesday from 10am to noon. Games nights, Open mic nights and lots more at the Depot.
I performed at the open mic - lovely people, friendly, supportive and a great sound system - if you are a musician who is looking for a great place to try out or someone who likes listening to new artists I highly recommend the Depot - thanks David!
The artisan market is up and running for the next two weeks which is great come and check out all the amazing work for sale in time for Christmas!!
