Your LACs seek to nurture local solutions and build your capacity to help you become more self-sufficient and confident when connecting with your community.
LACs work ALONGSIDE disabled people.
Local Area Coordination in the Hutt Valley covers the Lower Hutt and Upper Hutt City Council boundaries.

LACs will help with:
Identifying what a good everyday life means for you
Develop plans with you, to achieve your desires, aspirations and goals
Access your natural supports to help you achieve these goals
Empower you to become more independent
