The Panorama Restaurant

Lovely views from the room. It was a last minute decision to go and we got the Premium + room on top floor. Really worth it. Breakfast was lavishly laid out. It would be good to have proper coffee included though. Chamois Lounge also owned by them provided us with a great dinner too.

Excellent location and wonderful rooms and beds. Have Nespresso in the rooms. Bathroom is a shower in a tub which is not complimentary to everything else on the premises. Fabulous lobby bar and superb meals at the restaurant.

We had dinner here. It's set menus, one option is 2 course and the other is 3 course. The view is worth it. And the food was excellent. This was fine dining and we enjoyed everything that was presented.

We didn’t stay but dined here at the restaurant. Great view of the mountain. Staff were really friendly and nice service. Love the food. Scallops were a bit chewy but tasty nonetheless. Other plates were very well done, well presented. Desserts were to die for! Definitely recommended! Will be coming back. :

Ed Hillary displays were great. We went for Homemade Pies at the Cafe. All very good, nothing wrong, just slightly underwhelmed. May have been cause Mt Cook was under cloud or may have been the manky tomato sauce lid on the shared condiments.

Great location and view from room. Some facilities would worth better looked after and the rate probably justifies it. AC filter fell to ground unexpectedly at about 1am…

The room was spectacular. A view that constantly changed. They are working really hard in difficult times. The food we had was gorgeous. They reduced menus but what they offered was ace.

The staff are super friendly. We love our stay there. The view from the hotel is magnificent. Our room was also upgraded for free. I won't forget Mr Perfect, Masako and Julia Tasman Glacier guide. Definitely will be back anytime soon.
