I went on an amazing retreat organised and hosted by the lovely Kayleigh, from start to finish it was an amazing experience, the location and the accomadtion was lovely, daily Yoga and sharing circles, great tasty nourishing food, I mean everything was relaxing and more than what I expected. We had a poweful Full Moon Ceremony Something was activated in me that weekend and it has not left me, if you ever get the chance, you must experience one of Kayleighs retreats, I really felt like I had made great connections and found my soul family

Absolute bliss! A beautiful, calm and wholesome environment with amazing classes, services and events. I absolutely fell in love with Trapeze Yoga and can’t get enough of it. Kayleigh is a sunny, bubbly and caring teacher and is focused on bettering everyone she meets ‍

Well where do I start explaining on how I’ve grown as a person?! I felt I needed a detox from my heavy technology focused job and a break away from the pollution of London as I was feeling exhausted, disconnected and spiritually empty. I researched yoga retreats on Book Retreats looking for the perfect retreat. Kayleigh’s retreat appeared in the search results which was advertised in the beautiful town of Clophill, Bedfordshire surrounded by the fields and trees. My intuition knew I had to book it and I’m so glad I did! I was a little nervous being the first one to arrive and being an “outsider” from the usual yoga group from The Nest MK but Kayleigh and her yogis were so welcoming, kind, caring and fun! I loved getting to know each of them and making some wonderful memories. The timetable and activities that was on offer were superb but they were also optional so you could dip in/out if you wanted so no pressure to stick to the schedule if you needed some time to yourself too whether an afternoon nap or walk in the woods. Full Moon Ceremony with Tash was powerful and it was great to be in a beautiful environment with beautiful like minded people discussing the world. Gora and Beata’s sound bath was phenomenal and left me feeling that anything in my heart is possible. The professional massages that were offered by Matt was the most gentle but firm pressured massage I’ve ever had based on my own preferences and I felt super relaxed afterwards. The food was amazinggggggg! From the herbs, to spices, to veggies, flat breads, mayo and ginger shots. Kayleigh, Gora and Tig are very accommodating to all food allergies/intolerances so I didn’t need to worry about any reactions. Kayleigh talked about the importance of nutrition and being actively aware in the presence of food which I’ve taken the practice home with me. The retreat helped me clear some stuff I’d been holding on to, made me feel I’m capable of doing anything, excited to live in the now and manifest for the future. When it was time to say goodbye and head home I didn’t want to go! Even though I live 2hs away from everyone I’m definitely coming back to the next workshop/retreat as it was truly special with special people. I’m so glad I went on the retreat as I left feeling happy, healthy, connected, energetic, a new love of journaling and feeling a part of a family which is just what I needed. If you’re thinking of booking with Kayleigh for consultancy, a workshop or a retreat, just do it - you won’t regret it!

The nest is a calm, fun, safe, nurturing, loving environment! Kayleigh is very a genuine, lovely person who’s made me fee so comfortable. I’ve been joining in with the pregnancy yoga classes & absolutely love it. During my classes, I’ve giggled lots, felt very calm & connected, and also felt a sense of achievement after. I can’t wait to try out other classes & enjoy myself.

I met Kayleigh at a retreat and after her telling me about what she did I knew I had to see her. I booked in to see her for a 1 to 1 on the monday and as I was driving over on the sunday as she is 3 hrs away from me she kindly invited me to her conscious breathwork session. Wow, I was absolutely blown away with what I experienced both in the private session and in the group. I have never felt anything like that and feel like I have been cleared of years and years of deeply rooted pain. I am so grateful to this beautiful person who is working wonders seen other people having life changing experiences too and she does it all with grace and authenticity. I had sessions with Kayleigh before she opened the nest, and I was so grateful that her ethos and creativity has carried through to every element of the wellness hub. I've done beginners yoga, trapeze yoga, and pregnancy yoga, all of which have allowed me to let go and grow in confidence, as well as ability. The location is easy to find, the place is decorated beautifully, and is always kept to a superb standard.

Absolute love The Nest. The place and atmosphere is so calm, relaxing and child-friendly. I am currently doing Trapeze yoga with Kayleigh. It is something I never thought that I would do because I am overly conscious of my size but here I am on weekly Trapeze and yoga classes and loving every moment of it. The ladies and gents are so friendly and non-judgemental. Kayleigh is kind, friendly and The Nest reflects her amazing personality. I feel free to be myself in classes.

I visited for the first time this Saturday for a Women's Wellness workshop. I was blown away with the positive vibes of this place and Kayleigh. She made us feel so welcome and comfortable and the workshop was amazing. I can't wait to come back at the earliest opportunity, Kayleigh has created something truly special here and everyone should come and find out for themselves. You won't regret it!
