Bikram Yoga's 26 postures scientifically warm and stretch muscles, ligaments and tendons, in the order in which they should be stretched. By practicing the series, the practitioner systematically moves fresh, oxygenated blood to 100% of the body, each organ and fiber, restoring all systems to healthy working order, just as nature intended. Proper weight, muscle tone, vibrant good health, and a sense of well being will automatically follow.
The class is 90 minutes. Beginner's are welcome. Please dress lightly and come hydrated.
