The nail shop itself and the staff are really nice. I had a shellac manicure and wasn’t happy about the paint job and cuticle work. After complaining I was asked to come in for fixing but all that was done was the paint job which I was happy with, however, the cuticles was not fixed because I never said so on arrival. It’s been 6 days since the paint job and because my cuticles weren’t done right I feel like I’m due a manicure already. Called back today and I’ve been offered £3 off the £30 service to redo my nails which I think is outrageous. I moved to St Albans from London and didn’t want to travel back and forth to do my nails where I’m use to but I think it’s best to.

Ruby didn’t a fantastic job and saved me when I desperately needed an appointment before an interview…. Very professional- I’ve never had such a good set of shellac nails done so quickly! I highly recommend her and the salon Service:&nbsp;Manicure

Gorgeous sets every single time! The staff are lovely and pay immaculate attention to detail. I’ve been going here for the last 5 months or so and haven’t had a single issue or a nail break off - this is definitely the place to get acrylics. I’ll never be able to get my nails done anywhere else!

I never leave reviews myself but always find them useful when looking for somewhere new and I thought that it’s only fair I share my own experience when I’ve used somewhere new. I have been looking for somewhere to get my nails done particularly as I am getting married soon and wanted to find a nice nail salon to do my wedding nails. I have been to this salon twice now, once to get a full set of acrylics and then for infills. When I first got my full set done I was fairly happy with the nails, they looked pretty, not exactly what I asked for but still nice. Unfortunately one of the acrylic nails started lifting after about a week and a half, it was painful because it kept getting caught on things and lifting more. I still went back for infills as I put it down to getting the nails quite long the first time.  I had the nails a lot shorter when I got my infills and it’s been 2 weeks since I got them done and one of the nails, a different one this time, has completely come off. It’s a shame because the staff are actually really nice but the nails just don’t last. I won’t be going back.Service:&nbsp;Manicure

Used to go a few years ago and would get a bit frustrated as appointment times weren’t being respected every time I’d go, however I’ve been the last 3/4 times recently for my shellac infills and I’ve got to say I’ve received the friendliest service, Jade is so lovely as are the others and I’ve felt very welcome and am always seen to on time. I have a different lady every time but all have been up to standard and take their time in perfecting the shapes I ask for! Slightly more expensive than some other nail salons but my nails last me a long time, my last set lasting me 4 weeks. For Christmas we all got a goody back with a mini nail kit which was such a lovely touch! See you all soon X

I have been meaning to write this review since some time last year to be honest. I got my nails done for the first time ever and I asked for gel extensions however the man who worked on my nails did acrylics. He also failed to tell me that it was £5 extra for glitter, my cuticle was cut and bleeding slightly, there was no communication. They also charge £3 extra if you request they cut your nails longer than they suggest. Well besides this all the nails were absolutely beautiful and I loved them but I had them on for 5 days and they started lifting on the fifth day after my shower they had lifted up so much that the came off completely. They lasted 5 days. It hurt when they came off too and left my nail bed bruised. Safe to say I won't be going back now.

I always had impeccable service here. Not so keen about my last visit though. I was asked to moisturise my  hands by myself after the manicure and obviously the expected hand massage wasn’t included either. A bit disappointed ..
