Ruby Nails

I have now made 2 x appointments that have not been kept, despite being booked and confirmed by Ruby Nails. Last time, due to Ruby taking 15 minutes to get to me and starting late I received a parking ticket which cost $15. I decided times were tough, post covid etc took the high road and didn't complain. I rebooked today for 4pm and was once again made to wait, 17 minutes in the chair just waiting with no communication again. I interrupted another person's service to ask what was happening, and said I had a confirmed booked appointment and that it was supposed to begin 17 minutes ago and at this time a staff member was pulled from their current client and started what was a tense performed, rushed and not perfect gel pedicure. To make matters worse I needed to make a phone call to explain that I would be late due to the late start, there was no music on and as soon as the negative information was shared the radio was put on so I couldn't be heard as a cover up! A real shame because my loyalty card at Ruby is full and I have shared their previous great pedis to many people who also go there now too - maybe not after this. This review is a last resort after appealing to the owner via their messenger only to be told "they will speak to their staff" not accepting accountability or offering to rectify. Followed by "what do you want now" Really, pay your staff more, dont have such crammed say yes mentality to taking on work as this shows absolutely no care let alone losing repeat and loyal customers. That poor girl who had to wait sitting with their nails half done left abandoned for the length of my pedicure, nobody won in todays scenario guys, it's really sad to have to write this. I'm hopeful it will draw your attention to it and make Ruby Nails better for everyone.Service: Pedicure

We had the loveliest experience at Ruby Nails with Oanh and Duy! Another place we booked with failed us, and Ruby Nails saved the day! They looked after my mum, sister and myself with excellent quality pedicures and manicures. They were detailed and provided great customer service. Mum said the foot massage with Duy was the best she’s had, my powder dipped nails were amazing by Oanh! The fresh air with the door open was much appreciated too. Friendly greetings and peaceful salon. Feels like they care about the health of the nails by giving thorough attention to the cuticles and edges. My acrylic set look beautiful from every angle, almost natural and so smooth. They take their time prepping the nails for a high standard finish, and its worth it.Service: Manicure

We had such a great experience, I booked the day before, for my sister & I to have a mani & pedi done together, it was my sisters first time having this kind of treatment, & im happy I chose Ruby Nails, I checked the reviews first, & they were what they said. They took there time, alot of walk ins & still there wasn't any rush to get us out for other customers. I would recommend Ruby Nails & would go back there again.
