After just a few appointments with Theo my shoulder pain has improved a huge amount, after years and years of trying a variety therapy to get it pain-free. Would highly recommend a visit to the Muscle Mechanics!

Laura is amazing! Magic hands. Definitely the best massage I've had and I keep coming back. But not only that, being a trained physio she has the knowledge, experience, and determination to get to the bottom of physical issues. Highly recommend. As I'm a big guy I need a strong fella to be able to give me an effective massage. Theo is more than able to do this. Really good at sport specific treatments. Walked out feeling much better. Highly recommend.
