At first, we were arranged to stay in Room No.8, and the pungent smell of body odor made us unable to rest for two consecutive days. The day before, it was another hotel in ramsden, and we were almost devastated about it. Fortunately, the hotel staff agreed to change us to Room No.2, which is a two-bed room. This room has no odor and is a normal room. We are very touched. Thank you for finally having a good night's rest. Thank you very much.
We stopped here for dinner en route to Invercargill. The staff were very attentive and welcoming, there was plenty to choose from the menu, lots of drinks options. We both had a decent meal which was pretty reasonably priced
Extremely accommodating and friendly staff, a particular shoutout to Chontelle for organising us a room for a last minute booking. She made us feel at home and was great to talk too. The room was very spacious and clean with all the essentials. The establishment is in a great location to stop for the night and recharge while you explore the picturesque south.
Not very good and clean. There is no kitchen to eat or warm the food. I lost my charger also and no one kept it safe. There is no loss property area. Rooms are very small. Washroom wasnt good, dirty and old style taps. Not recommended for family.
My family and I visited for dinner, the food was so tasty and the staff were friendly and helpful.
