The frontline staff were amazing very friendly. But the cabinet food was not good we had sandwiches out of the cabinet stale as, like they were 2 days old, did tell staff to check their food is fresh and daily. I ended up ordering eggs Benedict which was beautiful definitely made up for the sandwiches.

Decent food, fries are really good, some of the cabinet food isn't the best. Recommend the kitchen food.

Really love the food here, homemade from scratch, and absolutely delicious! The staff are friendly and fun, and recognise return customers. Great value for money, too. One of our fave places to eat

Appears to be nothing Vegan here. It's so very hard for me to rate a cafe that doesn't serve anything vegan.  I will settle on my average 3 stars.  There are plant based milks available though. A lovely comfortable modern establishment.  Plenty of seating, bright & warm.  Sorry team at The Local, as you seemed very friendly, if you need any tasters for new vegan menu options, I'm your gal

Just love coming here for lunch and even just for a cuppa.  I love their creamy mushrooms as well as the eggs bennie.  The staff are also very friendly and happy.  Keep up the great work you're fantastic.

Thank you Kelly for handling an early breakfast for 12 on Sunday. Several remarks in the group about it being a very good choice. Pleasant staff, excellent food.

We were planning to shop in Kmart and then go for a meal there but as there are no vegan options we didnt go into Kmart at all.  Also all animal derived products are so unhealthy and linked to generating so many long term diseases...why favor that?

Have been here a few times and have had no complaints until today. Felt today a bit unsafe at level 2 as hygiene stds were not in keeping with level 2 so will not be back until we are back in level 1. Please check out the requirements and instruct your staff appropriately. Thankyou. Trish
