Lovely shop and such an amazing assortment of food. Coffee is a solid pick and quick quick when we were there. Gluten free food was lovely if this is what you're looking for. See cream cheese berry muffin
We have no food picture because it was so delicious we destroyed everything in seconds. The sandwiches were sooooo good. Best lunch stop ever. The French woman working there was very friendly and knowledgeable as well. This was our favorite quick go-to spot during our stay.
Mouthwatering halloumi with roasted veggies served in a warmed bun. The healthy combination of flavours and textures was incredible! Friendly service, too.
Enjoying my English Breakfast Tea at The Island Grocer on 9/11/2023, I had an enjoyable chat with the lady staff who is from France. She’s very friendly and attentive. A very pleasant dining experience at The Island Grocer! Must go there and enjoy a cup of coffee or tea!
Indeed a gourmet grocery!nThey have interesting product selection from with most fresh, local, or craft products!nI bought fresh spelt bread, spray free tomatoes, chai infused chocolate, plastic free gum, and other items here.nBut they have so much more like organic and plant based soaps and toothpastes, deli cheeses, fresh pastries and coffee, ice cream, organic produce, grains, small products, some of the darkest and most vitamin rich eggs, sunscreen, and just so much more for such a tiny space.nService is also excellent. The space is really clean and organized. The sea birds even wanted the food I bought here haha.nnReally enjoyed my trip!
