Best bike shop in town, no question about it. Always a pleasure stopping in. Feels like a dedicated shop for mountain bikers run by friends. They carry quality products that most others don't, and the service is friendly. Love that they support the local trail systems and the local bike scene. Well rounded business, I wish there were more like them in the city.
Called them up and Cam was awesome to deal with. Answered all my dumb questions about wheel building, spokes and nipples! Easy online ordering and quick shipping to my location!! Give these guys a call!!
Every team member goes above and beyond each time I visit The Inside Line. The amount of times I’ve broken something, and they have made miracles happen to get my bike back to me before my next adventure, is incredible. It’s obvious they care about their customers as well as the mountain bike community.
I popped in because i knew from previous research the inside line was a We Are One dealer and I couldn't have asked for a better shopping experience, Pierre was more than happy to answer all my questions and I settled on a new Arrival 130. The staff here really have a passion for all things biking and it shows in the top notch customer service.
Bike has always been dialled in after work is done here. Had a warranty claim with bike manufacturer that they took care of, making the process easy and straight forward for myself. Staff has always been eager to help. Quite nice getting shock serviced with nitrogen cartridge recharge and not having to ship away to manufacturer.
Very satisfied with the service at The Inside Line. Picked up a chromag 31.8 mm FU40 bar set last week after work. Expert advice and they even trimmed the bar for me right away to my desired width. I'll be back soon for more chromag bits etc and when I need my Marzocchi shiver serviced :

I just finished custom building a Chromag Rootdown with these folks, and they have been nothing but professional, extremely helpful, and incredibly friendly. Not only were they able to help me get the frame, they also managed to get a full part spec of exactly what I was looking for during a time when bikes and parts are hard to come by. All of the folks in the shop are super friendly, kind, knowledgeable and willing to go out of their way to help out. Cam is incredibly understanding and extremely helpful and goes the extra mile to make sure things work for his customers. From specialty tools to fork service to full bike builds and all of the maintenance to keep your ride running this shop is amazing! They have a customer for life here. Thanks for all of your help.
Cam, Carly and the gang at Inside Line went above and beyond to help me out with an issue on my bike with my front suspension fork. This was all done remotely as I’m 6 hours from Calgary. Their determination and persistence resulted in me getting my fork replaced and most importantly getting my bike back in service. They don’t give up and will work hard to resolve your issue. Thanks kindly for your hard work!
