My excitement for BBQ chicken quickly vanished at Hot Chick. Food made without love. Chicken extra dry, chips zero seasoning. Totally disappointed. Nice table by the sea.

Checked in the hotel and the pamphlet there said a must to try. So disappointed. Uncooked, dry, flavourless chicken. No bbq as the name says. Flavorless chips. Waste of money.

Came to naiper just for this and decided to just give it to the seagulls as I'm not keen for food poisoning.

Hot chick what great staff you have!! Went into get a ice cream fro a wee treat for-myself and a lovely well spoken girl and on the receipt for name was Ella. She made my visit well worth it :

Been going here for many years, went back recently since returning from overseas and it was a little disappointing this time since the ownership changed. The famous gravy is not the same now and the chicken not as tasty as it used to be.... less salt maybe?

had a BBQ chicken type burger with coleslaw and it was freakin awesome ..ive had many a burger in my time but this was pretty outstanding not over the top, just done properly from beginning to end. good price good service

Nothing wrong with the food but the place is getting a bit dated and needs a refresh - and they need to do something to stop the birds coming inside.

Chicken burger was decent, half chicken pack was dryer than a South Aussie summer.

This little shop is tucked away at the back of other shops which is a shame, the food here is amazing the prices are really not bad st all and the chicken is very hot and delicious, you can even watch the chickens being roasted over the vocanic rock which is really cool, it's like watching your food from start to finish.
