Took some stuff there late last year arrived at 4.02pm and woman told us they stop receiving donated stuff at 4pm, even though shop was open till 5pm. She was quite rude and lecturing about people arriving late with loads of stuff that all needed to be sorted through by closing. We had about 5 or 6 items. We have had similar experiences at other Hospice run stores. We took our Picassos and Rembrandt's elsewhere.
Great little op shop. Nice pleasant lady working there. Tidy and nicely presented. Parking right outside.
I used to love this shop, but finding prices have gone up a lot! Some things are at what you would pay new. The clothes used to be cheap but now sit between $10-15 per item. I can see things that have been there for months and the price have not been adjusted to shift the items. I often will have a look but walk out empty handed nine times out of 10. The staff are wonderful though!
This is one of my favourite Op Shops, friendly staff who always make you feel welcome, can always find great little treasures, great sales and its local too!
Today I donated a few items to the Hospice Shop on Don Buck Rd. What lovely friendly, chatty staff, who were grateful to receive the donations. They even offered to help me bring the items in. Can highly recommend a visit to this store to either grab a bargain or donate your unwanted goods. 5/5
