Had nothing but good experiences here went today to drop things off not realizing they wernt accepting anything today met by a very angry arrogant man at the back. Definitely not a people person just thought respect should go both ways. Anyway hope to have a better experience next time
Awesome store! Staff are super friendly & there is so much variety. It's presented well & reasonably priced so I always find something.
Was accused of not paying for our items. Older lady went as far as walking out of the shop with us and stating that none of her staff served us! We didn't grab a receipt but grabbed the young person that served us! The only obvious point that I could see, is that I am Māori! Apparently this wasn't the reason, but I didn't note her running after any other race! Not impressed! Check yourself lady!
Slack as hell service! Accused of not paying for items when I hadn’t even left the shop! Long lines = stressed staff = poor customer service! Watch your tone and your words little old lady! Not good enough! Do better Hospice!
I took some good here today to donate them - the lady who received them at the back of the store was lovely and welcoming. The kids wanted to have a look in the store and ended up buying some toys. The lady that served us was so friendly. Noticed a good selection of frames and furniture in store. They also had many clothes, although I didn’t look at them.
