We hit the Hardware bar and Restaurant during the Welly on a plate WOAP month of August to try their Valley B burger. It was well worth the effort. The burger had a generous beef patty, bacon, pickles and a selection of sauces and relishes that enhanced the flavour.nThe service was fantastic, the waiter arriving on time for our order and serving times were reasonable. The food was fantastic. The Square cut chips were perfectly crisp and arrive in a little basket.nThe pub is ìn a retail block with parking.nAfter paying We complimented the waiter and chef. The waiter suggested we return again for Wednesday steak nights. I would think any night would be a good night fir a return visit. We will be back again.
We enjoyed our meals here. Hubby thought the bangers and mash could be a bit bigger, hence the lower rating for that reason. Steak meal was delicious, and our families' meals looked great.nPoor waitress dropped a couple of drinks on herself when serving us, but she handled it really well.nnAccidents happen, so we were more concerned for her as thankfully it missed us. Her sense of humour was awesome, and her service was exceptional.nnKaraoke in the other room sounded fun but was really loud when the door opened.nDidn't bother us, but if you wanted a quiet meal, then it might be a tad annoying as it was difficult to hear people at the table.nnThe rosebud cocktail was so delicious. It would be the best one I'd had. Highly recommend!!
Amazing customer service from Mohammed. Went the extra mile for our children. Got down to their level and made sure they were having a happy experience. Yummy food and generous portions. A lovely cosy Sunday meal. Thank you.
An amazing experience, food was incredible and the service was top notch. Super friendly staff. We will definately we back.
Family friendly environment. Dirty dishes promptly cleared by staff. Found staff polite and cheerful. Food didn't live up to the hype, however had been recommended we come another time, by a 'regular'. Watch this space. We were invited to an event so had a set menu. My taste buds will surely have something to rave about for next visit.
