Very busy cafe. Prime seafront location with no competitors, hence being so busy. Staff looked slightly over run and could smile on occasions. Food a very good average, so enjoyed. Coffee very good.
Friendly and courteous staff. The food arrived quickly and was very tasty and beautifully presented. The lunch menu is very reasonable. The small dishes at the counter next to the cash register all looked hearty and delicious. We'd love to come back.
The Galley is great wee cafe! Called in for breakfast. Eggs Benne with Bacon, Rustic Hash and x2 Kids Waffles. Food was tasty. Great portion sizes. And came out so quickly! Kids menu had a good selection. Friendly staff. Coffees were nice and hot. And that view out the window overlooking Friendly Bay…. just stunning!nThe location is fab for whānau. The very cool Friendly Bay Playground is right there and Friendly Bay Beach is literally on the doorstep.
