Delicious food, good amounts for what you pay, pretty presentation, different seating types/options, love the greenery natural decor vibes! Service was friendly but didn't really see them much or have any check inside would have been nice for takeaway containers after, or showing us where utensils were etc. Also not a huge fan of places that put napkins under the food - for example, I got the pork bao buns but had to move them around to lift out the napkin, as did my friend with her meal. Helpful barista, very accommodating and flexible last minute. Good vibes. Clean toilets with proper hot water and lovely hand cream!
The cutest cafe ever oh my goodness!! The inside atmosphere was incredible, the decorations were so adorable and calming. They have indoor and outdoor seating, and a downstairs area with a bathroom. The coffee was so incredibly delicious, so creamy and smooth. The Overnight Bircher was so beautiful and delicious, as well as the Date Orange scone. The staff was so nice, and the food was brought quickly. I wish I could give more stars!!
Love love love. Matcha latte was great I’ve tried many many places across NZ, food was decorative and flavoursome, with lots going on. Someone with skill has put thought and time into the menu!nnCute and stylish setting & friendly staffnnIf I was going to make a tiny constructive couple of comments it would be that I was unsure if the avo was fresh as it was puréed and maybe slightly overdone with the cinnamon top on the matcha latte as I prefer mainly a matcha the taste but easily 5 stars from me
Honestly this place is one of the best cafes in NZ. Their cabinet food is exceptional and the menu is a delicious selection of your favourites, with a twist. The coffee is Allpress which is always consistently good. As a plant lover their stunning selection is always a treat and gives the cafe a lovely atmosphere. This young couple do a beautiful job with all of their hospitality spots and deserve to be well supported.
The best and most unique café we have been to on our NZ road trip.nThe food was outstanding, the interior is beautiful and cozy, the beverages were all very good and the staff was very welcoming and friendly. What a beautiful place. I’d absolutely come back to this even if I had to make a detour.nnOnly thing I personally would have preferred is the hotcake to be a little less sweet. My mother liked it this way though, so just my preference. It’s super filling so don’t underestimate it.
