I went there because I had half my face and neck numb. I paid before being attended 125 NZD.nI went into the consult and I could see he was looking for my symptoms in Google.nHe said he had no idea what happened to me and sent me home. No medication, no further examination, nothing. I didn't get my money back.nI don't think I need to say anything else.
Because my son is healthy and they don’t get money from him when he needed a doctor found out they removed him from their system and now he doesn’t have a doctor. And we have been going there for years actively trying to get a new doctor as Steve’s answer to being a doctor is take these pills and have some blood test try listening to ur patients they may actually feel like they are not wasting money or is that all we are take some pills and come back for the same thing for the next year
Gwenda is my doctor and is absolutely fantastic!nShe is very open minded and has a really calming holistic approach to healthcare which is so refreshing. And extremely hard to find.nReception is always slammed and the ladies handle it fantastically.nIf you struggle to get through on the phone the new The Doctors app is awesome for making appointments or viewing your details.nThanks team :
I received fantastic and empathetic care here from the nurse Maura and doctor Debra. I came early on a Tuesday morning and was seen right away in the walk in clinic and also got my prescription immediately. Couldn’t have asked for more, thank you
Firstly ignore the negative reviews, most of the them are pretty obviously the same person who went and created multiple gmail accounts.nnI went in there today at 9am, the receptionist was super friendly and chilled. I'm not a patient as I live in AucklandnThe nurse saw me about 30 minutes later, also friendly as.nThen waited an hour for the doctor, again great.nnIt really is not expensive and it's actually cheaper that my normal doctors back in Auckland.You always pay more as a non registered patient. I wish my regular doctors was this friendly.
