Absolutely poor Service here. Unenrolled me without contacting me, even though I have paid an enrollment fee. When I tried to get an appointment to get Inhalers I firstly get told it was booked in and then when I didn't get the call and followed up with them, that is when I was told that I had been unenrolled. Following this there was very little care that I needed to get some inhalers sorted asap as my others have run out. Absolutely disgraceful considering it could potentially turn into a life threatening situation if I don't have them. DO NOT ENROL HERE!!!
Unbelievable how difficult it can be to make a GP appointment here. They advertise casual patients in their website, but when you call to make an appointment, they say they don’t take casual patients. I’m a NZer, visiting Mount Maunganui and needed to see a doctor for anti-biotics. It’s incredible what a ‘don’t care attitude’ these NZ doctors receptionists have these days. So disappointing and a waste of time for everybody having false information on their website.
I travel from the other side of Tauranga to come here, Matilda is absolutely fantastic and makes me feel heard & comfortable. The receptionists are always so lovely and do their very best to meet your needs. Everyone was amazing over the alert levels and they had excellent procedures in place. Highly recommend.
I would like to thank everyone at Dee street medical who have saved my life in many occasions. Having a lung condition and fearing the onset of covid i booked in for the flu jab, the nurse suggested to me i qualified for a 5 year jab that protects lung illness. I have since contracted covid, the symptoms have been mild and i have no congestion on my lungs. Thank you to all the team for been proactive and your knowledge and expertise. God bless you all
Highly recommend this clinic. I have had ongoing medical issues of which I was pretty much fobbed off by a previous clinic. I went to see Lara at Dee Street and she was so thorough and onto the issue straight away. So nice to have a stress free experience. Staff are super friendly and helpful. I only wish i'd transfered to this clinic sooner and cannot recommend highly enough
