Outstanding food, wonderful experience, divine customer service. We had a fantastic meal and were taken care of by every member of the staff throughout the whole dinner. Thank you so much.... Also, must try Garlic naan & Paneer Tikka masala curry. Thats Amazing
Excellent customer service. One of the staff too our order and the manager came back to make sure we got our order right. He even explained how spicy our food will be because we ordered chili chicken. We also had beef korma. Beef was cooked so well and ofcourse the sauce, it’s delicious. The garlic naan is highly recommended. This place is definitely worth a try and worth coming back! Good food and experience.
Incredible food and lovely service. The waiter explained that there would be a long wait as they were understaffed and busy. The two young guys working were very apologetic and doing the best they could. We were happy to wait and glad we did, the food was worth it!
Judging by others reviews this is a good restaurant but I've had way better experiences. There was no ambiance, soft background music would have helped. The food, when it came, was to a good standard but it took over and hour for us to get out meal. I've been to plenty of restaurants that would have had us in and out in that time. It seemed that there was one guy trying to serve the everyone and failing. Will I be back? Well, I'll be trying other places first.
I was hungry and just stop on the way... I took a veggies curry and I couldn't be more disappointed the food was plain and not tasty at all for an Indian restaurant its not really good at all. The 2 stars are for the place was clean and good atmosphere with Indian music also the quantity was ok enough rice for once
My experience was worst at this place as I visited first time for my birthday party. We were there at 8pm and placed the order then they said waiting time is 20 to 30 minutes and we are are fine with that time. But they took 1:15 hour to make the order which is disgusted. We order malai kofta and asked for hot and literally it was as sweet as gulab jamun. I never had that kind of disgusting food. Won’t recommend at all.
Service could be made much better for the customer by smiling at them and not being snappy when they ask a question about your menu, although the gentleman who served us was very nice but the other staff who gave us the table can be more welcoming Smile should do ,we haven't come to eat for free have we ? In the hospitality industry this is a basic etiquette no matter who the customer is. Of course as we told at the billing counter the glasses can be cleaner . The gentleman there was very polite and apologized. Be more welcoming and humble , you will see less number of one stars in the reviews.
All I ever really ask of a restaurant is that they have good food and service and these guys deliver on both. They have friendly, efficient staff who check to make sure every thing is up to standard and that you have drinks while you wait for freshly cooked curry. Having the curry made fresh takes no longer than any other Indian place I've been to and it tastes great so no complaints from me. Great place to go for office functions. I can't recommend this place more.
I thought I would break the white person stereotype and order something a bit different. Feeling adventurous I order my Butter Chicken MEDIUM spicy. Boy was I not disappointed. A delicious meal and super friendly staff. Great restaurant!
Absolute rip offs...calamri and mixed salad came out over cooked calamari and just plain cut up cabbage and the rice with my other curry was over cooked and the worst I've eaten anywhere in nz!... When asked why we got plain cabbage instead of mixed salad as advertised the chef just said that's what they do all the time to save money...
