The Coffee Club Albany

Went there 2 weeks ago for a afternoon snack, was really good, the place was quiet and staff was friendly. Good quality food aswell as their iced coffee is very good aswell. Had the Gluten-free Tacos with cheese, very tasty. Anytime again also nice sitting on the sheltered balcony. Cheers

Admittedly, we sat down around 1.15pm having ordered a lunch for 3 of us. To wait more than 30 minutes, only to have the burger in the photo turn up for my son at the price of $26 was adding insult to injury. They have only a small kitchen with one cook, so if they can't cope with the volume within a reasonable time frame, maybe they should reduce their table numbers? Definitely profit over customer service.

Food quality issue. Eggs are always raw.. but today they were cooked fully on the bottom and completely raw on the top. Obviously you guys put it no efforts I spent 70 on uber and you guys give me salmonella status eggs. You guys have always had the worst eggs SIR BENEDICT AKA COFFEECLUB Kid-friendliness: Pregnant woman can't eat there.

A very bad experience. When my partner and I waited 40 minutes after ordering, I had to get up and go to the kitchen to ask if the food was ready and ask for a refund. The response I got was that it was cooking and needed another five minutes to finish. Ten minutes later I was disappointed to get a stick together of chips and a cold boiled egg.

Had a lovely catch up here. Great vibe. Barista made our coffee fast as she was listening to us giving our order. Much appreciated! The store was clean and staff friendly. Coffee was great!!!Food: 5/5

The disgusting Asian lady with the round shaped glasses is absolutely rude brutal and violent her words of choice is to swear at customers dining not professional at all stink attitude. We watched her treat this lady poorly as we also left. By word of mouth people will know about this and her disgusting behavior and customer service.

Absolute rip off. Paid 19.50 for loaded fries. Got side plate size meal. Not "loaded". Rude lady says the recipe is one piece of bacon, cheese and handful of chips. Wow. They don't care as they have your money. Never coming back.

Cabinet food was just "ok" - some is a bit overpriced & lacks a bit of flavour. Savouries dont look appealing. Drinks - neither were hot, which made them less enjoyable. Might visit again, but would ask for hot drinks & be choosy about what we ate. Atmosphere - a bit tired, couch chairs need recovering as badly split, staff lack a bit of energy.

This used to be a great place to drop in for a coffee and snack, sadly this is no longer the case. The frappeswe ordered today were the worst that we have ever had at a Coffee Club franchise. I took them back to the counter but the barista would not accept that they were not as they should be. She was rude and told me that my grandson, who always has a deluxe frappe, was wrong and she didn't care what he had been given at other franchises before. She announced that she wasn't going to fall out with me and walked away. My husband said his flat white was good.

Cafe was busy - but no lengthy wait for order to be served - nice coffee and food - table service friendly and helpful!Food: 5/5
