Drinks were nice and tasty, very refreshing on a hot day. Service was alright drinks took around 5 minutes. downside was there were flies everywhere, they were landing on the table and chairs. There were visible fly dirts on the ceiling. Overall wouldn't go back as the flies made it feel unhygienic.

Always attractive and addictive to come to Starbucks, great coffee and service. Friendly staff at the opening, few people at 8am in a Saturday morning. Comfy chairs at the back helps healing a tired soul. Toilets were clean and decent. Just few steps from the shore, nice to take some time to read and relax.

When I wanted to claim my free coffee, the Chinese mail staff looked at my loyalty cards and said the no signature on the stamp. I told it was stamped at the takapuna branch but he insisted this was not allowed. Disappointed, I could use my money to buy coffee from your shops at the time, why I wanted to be greedy for just a few dollars coffee. Is your staff mocking me? Never return since many nice coffee around.

Great location, friendly staff and fast service. Expect a long queue out the door during peak hours. Ample seats on this site and plenty parking spaces nearby. Have been a repeat customer over the years.

Starbucks is amazing. It would be nice if they got some new drinks in but the last drinks I've been getting have been very good. I wish it was open later, until at least 5.30 not 5.

The Mobile app doesn't work for this branch most of the time. Some of the staff are so rude. The staff manager is also useless. The worst customer service among Starbucks in New Zealand. Their coffee also doesn't taste good, unfortunately.

Nicely located place for anyone to visit and have a coffee. A stereotypical Starbucks cafe like anywhere else. Very friendly service.

We always love coming into Browns Bay Starbucks for a Friday treat. Staff are very friendly, and efficient. The drinks we order are always great and refreshing, super when we take a walk down Browns Bay beach with coffee in hand. Highly recommended.

Very average, coffee wasnt anything special. I ordered iced coffee and it was literally just that. No cream or blending or anything. The cinnamon bun was stale.
