My order of the beetroot patties and meatballs arrived nicely packaged. Cant wait to try the meatballs. I already knew i loved the beetroot patties. Thankyou. Good to know it doesnt take long to courier down to Canterbury from the North Island.
Deliveries are always on time, quality of products are fantastic. Customer service team are lovely. Any issues were resolved quickly and effectively. Could not recommend a better quality products. We will be buying from them for the foreseeable future. Strongly recommended. Support local.
Great quality, great price and prompt delivery. I would definitely recommend. A great range of meats that I never see in the supermarkets. I will definitely be a repeat customer.
My interaction with this business was quite disappointing. I got a voucher for 10 kg of beef from Harvey Norman. I submitted it to Green Meadows Beef, but I got shocked with the confirmation email saying my order will be sent in 30 WORKING days or 42 calendar day. I thought they are going to raise the cow during this time. I contacted them and asked why it takes too long to send my order? The response was even more disappointing. The way they are perceiving the orders is like they are doing a favour to customers by sending their orders and also it seems they are doing some sort of rationing to be able to fulfil all orders. They think it is quite normal for customers to wait for 42 days to get their order. It reminded me of the WWII movies where people had to queue to get rations. It seems they have serious supply issues and yet they participate in promotional plans with retailers such as Harvey Norman.
I buy and get meat delivered from Green Meadows every month and without fail the service is amazing. Shows up on time when they say it will. Always packaged superbly and the meat is outrageously good. Highly recommend!
