A lovely cafe with great parking options on the surrounding streets. The food was awesome and the service friendly. I found my vege toastie + extras to be great value for money, and willyalook at that sliced avocado, how lovely the presentation is?!? I loved everything, and the coffee was great. From my point of view the cafe and its toilets had good wheelchair access.
Great coffee different areas to sit and enjoy with family and friends. Delicious sweets including a great GF assortment. We went back two days in a row. Busy both days which speaks volumes.
Best cafe in Invercargill. We had breakfast here 2 days in a row. Everything fantastic. Pastries are baked fresh so they come warm. I loved the cheese roll, slightly different than other places in NZ.nWe requested for extra hot coffee and it was actually extra hot, which is rare. Also staff is super friendly.nOh and they play such good music. Lots of plants make ambiance lively.
One day, I asked the young male waiter for recommendations and placed my order. I forget the name of the dish, but this sandwich was very tasty, with a good balance of sour, spicy possibly seasoned cabbage and beef flavours. I happened to be in Invercargill on a business trip and would like to go back. And I want to order the same.
For morning tea we enjoyed excellent coffee, temperature just right, strong but not bitter with a good froth on our flat whites. Bacon and cheese scone was devine, they came with whipped butter, cheesey and crispness on the outside and tasty bacon pieces. Very popular place, mixture of seating and some outside. The toilets were super claen and at least 3, so no queues. Loved it!
