The AJBC was formed in 1992 to further the interests of Jazz in Auckland. Today, the club has over 300 members and! Jazz gigs are held by the club on Tuesday nights from 7:30pm at the Point Chevalier RSA.
Each night features a different local or out of town band for the entertainment. Sometimes an International star makes an appearence.
Steaming hot jazz every club night with the music styles ranging from traditional dixieland, bebop, modern jazz, jazz vocals, swing jazz and big band jazz.
