This store has an incredible staff that are friendly, polite and go out of their way to help. Many of them are very knowledgable about certain pets and have a passion that they share with ease and delight. I have received and enormous amount of help getting my fish tank up and running smoothly. For excellent help and service, I highly recommend this Animal Shack.

These people are the best/go to place for all your animal needs. Pet food and toys are available as well as LOTS of pretty fish of all sorts. They even fave a bearded lizard. I go there to get my pet bird's wing clipped.

5 stars because mainly of the great service the staff provides.extra ordinary great team..Dawn is the best. Love the shop.great price and good knowledge.. love meeting Maggie and the dragon so friendly.. must visit pet store.. I will be back even though your store is too far from me ...

I thjnk this place is amazing! They know there facts, look after there pets good, and they have good manners.  I am a huge animal lover, I go to pet shop alot. This place has good intentions.  Yes sometimes they do act like they aren't interested when you walk in. But they have good manners, they know there facts and they look after there animals well. TOTALLY RECOMEND!!

I love getting my dogs groomed here and the staff are generally very helpful however last time I went I had to wait 10 minutes for service even after ringing the bell

Love the range of pets here for sale, always lots for my toddler to look at. Store is always tidy and a wide range of pet treats.

It has been an awesome pet store for many years now and the staff have always been very knowledgeable regarding enquirers for your loved pets, great viewing for the little ones

The zoo in auckland has nothing on this place according to my children!  Busy pet store with awesome staff!  And Maggie the cockatiel is so cute, just dont give her a scratch

Great shop, great product range with really knowledgeable staff. Fantastic for dog/cat/fish supplies

Had our furbaby groomed......what a fantastic bunch of people and reasonably priced....Recommended
