Very busy but good service from staff under pressure. Meal was nice with adequate selection. Respectable price for seniors. Decor could do with a tidy as do the toilets but we did come in after a large party.
We love this place. They have a huge selection of tasty, healthy food. The atmosphere is relax and comfortable. The staff are friendly and accommodating. The pricing is reasonable. Well done.
Awful attitudes from the staff. We went as a staff Xmas outing. After being there only an hour they started pressuring us to leave. They wanted us all gone by 2.30pm to set their tables for dinner!! When we tried to hurriedly finish our meals, the lights were turned off, they started cleaning up around us- removing chairs, vacuuming around us...so appalling! The manager Tina also stood over us watching us and asking us to leave as it was 2.30pm! We didn't even start eating till 1.30pm!! Also, there was only a few scraps of dried up ham, no lots of empty trays out as food was let to run out. When I asked for some ham it took 10 minutes for someone to bring out a few slices. We eventually left, felt very rushed, not even time for a cup of tea. Awful- never again! Ive never had such rude service at a restaurant in my life.
It is a buffet establishment and has a huge range of food choices and desserts. The staff are constantly clearing away used cutlery so diners can get more on fresh dishes. I have been there on multiple occasions, which should be an indicator of how much I value this place. ExcellentFood: 5/5
Nearly a 5 star, but lowering to a 4 because communication was difficult regarding allergens in the food choices. My son is allergic to eggs and peanuts. The staff did attempt to help but the answer was vague. Even so, we enjoyed the lunch.
Beef was turning! Went to celebrate a birthday and the beef garlic was turning, I could smell and taste that it was and it was disgusting. The workers were not very happy when bringing food out, they don't acknowledge you at all. And what's happening with the oysters that they only bring out every so often. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. Absolutely disgusting!!
Had a whanau dinner here before heading back to Australia. Buffet all you can eat, say no more. Highlight was oysters in shell, sashimi, dumplings, dessert and the ham yum! Disappointments were the lamb which is not a roast rather looked like lamb ribs cooked in a gravy of sorts and same with the pork. Apart from that, I ate my money's worth and would definitely dine again.
Overall pretty disappointing. Terrible atmosphere, food was below average. Sparkling wine pored in wine glasses. Only positive was we didn't have pay.Food: 2/5
