Staff is very friendly, there are POD eletric car charging facilities and a good variety of products. Cons are that parking lot gets full quickly on peak times, store layout is not super intuitive but the biggest flaw is that there are only 4 self check outs which is not enough, for the size of this store there should be at least 10 self checkouts.

Not a huge tesco but big enough for what most people want/need. Big plus are the 4 free EV charging parking spaces.

Variety of products, well spaced and the timings are great specially if you wish to pick something late night. Having a Tesco card is beneficial as it gives you discounts. Would encourage customers to use the self scanning service as it helps beat the queues.

At 7.30pm one till open out 9 tills. Staff doing best but with Zero overtime and not enough staff they are struggling to restock shelves. Best advice... try somewhere else. This store is being bled dry by Senior management.

I shop in this store quite alot. However tonight I went through self scan tonight and made my purchased I inserted £20 and the machine gave me £6.60 now in standing infront of the machine watching my change come out the £6.60 given £.0.20p was a foreign coin technically £6.40 and the member of staff and the supervisor basically stood there and called me liar telling me it didn't and the coins are checked now I'm not going to grumble over £0.20p when making a point to the staff it's not something you'd expect the staff to come out with and disappointed. I won't be using self-scan again that's for sure.

Spent an hour last week filling trolley using the scanner. When we got to the Scan as you shop Checkout, screen said error and the scanner emptied of all items. We had to empty 6 carrier bags out and rescan everything which took ages. So much for saving time!!! Staff not very helpful - just shrugged.

It's a smaller sized store and gets very busy, it loses a mark because the road to this Tesco is horrendous and will not always have everything in stock. It should use it's clout as a major rates payer and get the road resurfaced at least. On the plus side it has almost everything you need, staff are friendly and helpful and it now has 4 EV chargers in the car park with very decent size spaces. They need to add more as EV's are extremely popular in the area! The rest of the car park can get busy and some spaces are very tight, the best spots after the EV ones are towards the curvy bit furthest away from the shop.

Just lately this store is resembling a budget discount store. What's with all the boxes being stored on top of the shelving? Not only is it a hazard, something could fall from height, but it's also cluttered and makes the aisles closed in and claustrophobic. Also so many items now located on wrong shelf showing wrong price. Have shopped here for years but feel it is going down hill and lacking management.

Worst customer service i have ever experienced, first staff member I asked for help took a private phone call. Then texting on her phone instead of helping. Went to ask a another staff member. All I wanted to no was if they sold epsom salts. Showed him a picture of one they sell in sainsbury as he didn't no what they was. He was just rude and said we are not sainsbury and was more intrested in talking with his colleague. What a shame ill make sure not ever return to that specific store.
