Beware! I rented from Terramark Real Estate for 2.5 years in two 2 different homes. Upon moving in, both homes had noticeable damages and defects. In regards to the most recent home, on move-in day, there was trash left all through-out the home, appliances left, and broken flooring/walls. I was left to clean the property myself. I was then assured that these damages were "minor repairs" caused by the previous tenants, and I would not be responsible for them. The condition of the home was not inspected or documented upon my move in. At the conclusion of my lease, I was not given my security deposit back due to the damages caused by previous tenants. I was told that this was a "normal business practice." Terramark clearly fails to use standard documentation practices in an attempt to get as much money as possible from tenants. Terramark has undergone management issues the entire time I have been involved with the company. I would have to text message different workers at the company to get assistance, as calling the company and leaving voicemails never seemed to be an effective method of communication for them. 0/10

This company is hard to contact, difficult to track down, and does not have the best interest of potential tenants in mind. I viewed a home with flooring that was bubbling up in several places, and you could feel it moving under your feet. There were sections of the walls and ceiling that were missing and black mold growing everywhere. And they want to charge almost $1800/month for this house!

This is a horrible company to rent from. They do not fix anything in the house. The master bedroom is leaking with water from the shower that has a crack in it. The water has leaked through the carpet. The bedroom stinks and they are telling us to bath in one bathroom. 4 times they were supposed to come out and they have not shown up. Mrs. Lisa who is the lady we spoke with does not help at all we, have called several times. For a house that's getting $2,300 monthly for rent which is way over the amount they are supposed to get monthly, they sure haven't done a thing. Our insurance company has reached out several times. If I could give this company a negative star I would give them a -10.

Don’t use this company as a landlord, pricey and useless. The message you’ll hear always is “the agent is on the road, we’ll call you later” but you never hear back, creating issues with your property and tenants

To Terramark Property owner, I’m responding to your reply. YOU SENT SOMEBODY OUT YESTERDAY ONLY BECAUSE I WROTE THIS BAD REVIEW YESTERDAY !! Not once did you guys call to inform us that somebody was coming, HE JUST SHOWED UP ! That’s unprofessional. HE WAS RUDE !! He said he only came to fix the shower and not the carpet that’s wet from the shower & has an odor. That’s how mold and bacteria starts to form. He refused to remove his shoes before walking on the carpet or put on coverings for his shoes.

Do not rent at all from this company . Been in my rental house only 3 months and everything is falling apart . You have to wait on the homeowners for everything. Put in work orders the first day I move in and it’s the third month and nothing has gotten done yet . Lisa is very helpful and passionate about her job but the rest can care less. They just want the money and that’s it I wish I never moved in this home then worst discuss I have made . As long as they are sleeping good at night they don’t care . You call and text them and they don’t reply. Again do not rent from this company

I'm an out-of-state property owner and I've had a property under management with Trey's team for about 6 months. It's been a great experience. Lisa in particular is very responsive and patient with questions and requests. I look forward to a long-term partnership with Terramark!
