Unfortunately not a great experience in here today. First time customer, went in to get a set of acrylic French tips. Firstly the lady on the counter was awfully rude, she asked if I had an appointment which I didn’t. I could see they were busy so I said it’s ok if they couldn’t fit me in. The lady was talking to one of the other salon assistants and they said to come back in 30 minutes. She then quite literally huffed, shook her head and wrote it down in the book. She then disregarded me and start speaking to the people behind me in the line. I understand when it’s busy, but no need to be that rude! I came back 30 minutes later, got my nails done and they look awful, to be honest. I asked for French tips and they may as well be half half white and clear polish. I was going to go back in but I actually would just rather go somewhere else and they can fix it. Very disappointed.Service:&nbsp;Acrylic nails

Fast service and got what we wanted but the staff weren't very welcoming and were a bit short with my daughter. Beautiful nails though, thank you

Walked in store around 5pm today. To find that the staff here were absolutely rude! Of course staff were busy, I was served by two different woman, Instead of approaching me nicely, The lady yelled from the other side of the room asking what so I want in front of the other customers,Bad Manners! What kind of service is that 4 days before Christmas.I’m sure it’s the lady whom owns the store. I understand you’ve had a busy day, You should feel ashamed of yourself that the customers who’s nails you were doing in store heard you speak to me like that.  Would ever recommend that kind of service to No One!

While away from home.... The lovely lady at the Tourist Centre provided directions and I found myself seated with friendly, talented nail technicians who gave me a beautiful and professional manicure in Napier, New Zealand. It was nice to be treated like a local and the whole experience was joyful.

A smile would be appreciated but pleased with outcome of nails. It must just be like a conveyor belt so understand but the staff member may also enjoy a little interaction and get more out of their job.

As soon as I walked in there I had two lady speck at the same time and I couldn’t understand what they were saying so I asked again and she repeated to me saying go to the back. The way it was said was rudely. The whole time I was getting my nails done she spoke so rudely to me. Giving one word demands like I was a little kid, she snatched the nail colour sample off me. I then asked if she had time to do a spa pedicure and it was like it was the end of the world that I asked. If there wasn’t time I would have understood but it wasn’t about that she just couldn’t be bothered. She then rushed my nails and was aggressive in the way she asked me to pull my hands in and out of machine. My nails turned out lumpy.  Everyone other staff member seemed nice and was talking to the customer whilst doing their nails. So the lady that was doing me must of been having a bad day!Services:&nbsp;Pedicure

Always had such good experience at ten salon. Beautifully done. Had acrylics with gel that lasts me 7 weeks. Decided to try SNS this time round and results stunning. Always happy when i leave. Love pedicure to

Woman who appeared to be in charge was very rude. No hygiene practices here. Tools used immediately after each client. Pedi basin not sterilized or lined. Not a place I wld visit again.

Been here a few times. Good service. A little pricier than my usual nail art manis in Auckland but Lili always Delivers my nail art requests.

Pedicure was fine and our nails look good. Unfortunately the service was unwelcoming and unfriendly and the water was cold. There were 4 of us and we had a booking so expected better.Service:&nbsp;Pedicure
