Great experience, nails were done beautifully. Nice, clean salon with wonderful service. I'd go so far as to say best nail salon in Napier. No compromising on quality just to get you in and out within the quickest time frame. And the staff are really lovely. Just a genuinely great service provided by Rio.

Great pedicure thank you. So nice to be pampered. Foot spa chairs are in good condition with a good strong massage option. I love how I didn't feel rushed. A very professional treatment was much appreciated. It was a gift voucher from my adult children...I told them it was a perfect gift.

The worst salon I’ve ever been to. The lady filed my nails so short and I had cuts around my cuticles they were bleeding. She didn’t know what she was doing and took far longer than any salon I’ve been too. They didn’t apologise and still made me pay full price. Never coming back and wouldn’t recommend anyone else too. Absolutely devastating. Not one to write reviews but I would hope no one is left in the same position I am.Services:&nbsp;Pedicure

Absolutely loved my experience today. Nuzia the business owner is incredibly professional and patient. She explained the different manicure options for my thin nails and they have not looked better - ever. I wish she would be my go to in Wellington. Called to book an appointment for a pedicure. Arrived to be told a walk-in customer had taken my spot. Really disappointing to drive all the way into town, pay for parking to then be turned around.Service:&nbsp;Pedicure

Had a lovely experience with Rio Beauty today. Lovely staff, calm friendly and relaxing environment.  The ladies took such attention to detail, checked everything and made sure I was happy before I left  Wonderfull service Services:&nbsp;Pedicure

The owner needs to work on her customer service, very strongly opinionated, negative and rude, made the whole experience really awkward and the opposite of relaxing. My nails look lovely but I won’t be spending my money here anymore.

Highly recommend! Have had a good experience every time and never disappointed. The salon is nice and clean and the staff are always friendly. Very impressed with the lady that did my pedicure yesterday, she did such a good job and gave the best massage.
