I run a small computer and phone repair business and use these guys to repair my phones. They are fast, efficient and committed to great customer service. Also their prices are excellent I wouldn't use them if they weren't. There are 100's of phone repair places around so I could easily go somewhere else but I don't need to because TechnoFix consistently provides great results.
Terrible service!! AVOID AT ALL COSTS I had a screen replacement on s20 ultra 3 weeks ago which cost $500 then less than 2 weeks later the glue to hold the back on had started to peal away so moisture had got in and now it won't even turn on. I took it back and explained everything to them but all that had to say was the warranty didn't cover water damage. As they refuse to take any responsibility for the poor workmanship and say that they can't fix it or replace it I shall be reporting them under the consumer goods act. In total I'm out of pocket $2000, plus the expense of another phone. I hope this can be a lesson for others in what to expect from this company Not worth the hassle
Excellent customer service. They actually take the time to diagnose what’s wrong with your phone to avoid unnecessary charges. Can fix your phone on the same day if you give them enough time…
Super great place to go! Took my phone in to get the screen repaired and it was done in about 2hrs. If you’re looking for somewhere to get a repair these guys are the best!
Useless liars, never call you back. Waste of time. Do not go there. Worse customer service ever. Ask their guys say different things. Useless
