I came here in early November to have my boys Samsung tablet fixed ready for the Xmas holidays. Weeks had passed with no communication. When I called NUMEROUS TIMES, they weren't sure of my tablets progression or would give some excuse and say they'd call back to no avail, NUMEROUS TIMES. After many visits I finally got a call back to be told that they cant get the piece to repair the tablet and that it's basically not worth fixing...

Awesome service. Son broke my wife's phone and was expecting to buy a new Galaxy. Went here and not only could they repair it, they did so same day within 2 hours. Not many places like this around who have such a quick turn around at very fair and affordable prices.

Great service, great price, great result. Turned out to be quite complicated and computer was in for over a week but Christian got it all sorted and still charged us the original quote price. Highly recommended

Sorry I forgot the Gentleman's name. He greatly assisted me to my request to fit a screen protector. Gave me few options which I appreciated. Very good customer service. The screen protector though did not last long, it may be an issue with my phone case.

Really does deserves more then 5 stars to be honest!! Very respectful and understanding, very fast on fixing my screen for my phone also very patient with his customers!! He also helped me understand the software on my phone i WILL definitely recommend tech n gadgets to anybody and i will be going back myself as well!!

DO NOT GET YOUR PHONE SCREEN REPAIRED HERE! Very disappointed by their service: was originally quoted $139 including gst to repair Samsung screen and then was charged $160 in person. When I went to go pick up my phone he up-sold me a protective case, I saw him looking around for a case for the Samsung A12 and then he randomly picked one, checked to see if it fit it didn't and then put it on despite it being too small. Afterwards I was playing around with my baby on the floor and an hour later I had noticed it had cracked. Up until that point 11 months I had dropped my phone repeatedly from a height and it took dropping my phone from nearly 2m high DIRECTLY onto its face for it to crack. And some how my phone cracked by me having it in my back pocket on the mat with a 9kg baby on me? My guess is that the glass he used was sub-par. Furthermore, it cracked where the screen was exposed ... because the screen protector was too small. Not only that, the screen protector broke as well. I called Harry about this and he said it was impossible and to come in, which I did. He basically told me there was nothing he could do aside from give me a new protector screen. Never felt more ripped off in my life. Waste of $180 and now I need to get a new phone because unlike before, where my screen was merely cracked, now its completely unresponsive and the cracks have steadily become worse. Don't go here no matter what.

Visited TechnGadgets for screen replacement of iPhone7 plus. As advised the quality of new display is A grade. After installation the brightness is too low and touch is not smooth as it was. After 2hours, half display stopped working. Next day, visited again he changed display but nothing changed. I asked him for resolve this but he advised I have to spend another $300 for original display. Am still facing the same issue. Such a low grade product and poor service. I will never visit again and recommend anyone.
