Kia Ora, may I introduce myself, Eugene Winterburn. I am a family person who would love to put you first when it comes to selling or buying a home. It’s simple for me, it’s not about me, it’s all about you!, I believe in “real people” “real results”.

I am rugby mad and am a huge supporter of all grass roots rugby including my beloved Petone Rugby Club. I love anything All Blacks, Hurricanes or Lions. A former Policeman in Auckland and Wellington I also have an extensive corporate sales background with companies such as Telecom, Eft Pos NZ LTD, George Weston Foods Ltd, Patience & Nicholson NZ LTD and Philips Lighting NZ LTD. An accomplished public speaker, I am a planner and organiser and thrive on relationships and loyalty.

I am a people’s person and communication with you is key for me. I will sit down with you and listen to what you want. I will tailor a plan that suits you and will always ensure that you informed at every point along the real estate path.
