from the get go, Pauline from Professionals was amazing. When looking at the house for the first time, she gave us a lot of resources. This being my first home, I appreciated all of the knowledge and help she had given us, I would have been lost otherwise. Pauline gave us space to walk around, there when we had questions, and always cheerful. She was also realistic with certain things, which we greatly appreciated. Thank you Pauline from the bottom of my heart, buying a house is such a big step, and you made it easy by walking beside me on this journey.
Harry͏ worked hard and communicated clearly I would not only use Harry again myself, but highly recommend him to others. In our first meeting with him he was clear, knowledgable, and set good expectations. Further to that he is an excellent communicator and kept me in the loop to the right degree. Behind the scenes I knew that he also went above and beyond to make the sale. In a market with increasing stock, Harry's extra effort and skill meant that our property was sold within expected price and time, when may others were not selling. To top it all off he's just a great human to chat with!
Friendly,͏ helpful and ready to go the extra mile I first met Pauline when I arrived in Wellington three years ago when she spent the day taking me around various properties. Although I eventually brought through another agency, I always remembered how friendly and helpful Pauline was, so when it was time to sell I knew straight away that I would ask Pauline. She was very professional, knew her stuff, friendly and very helpful. I never felt silly asking her any questions and she was always patient and worked through any issues with me, which wasn't easy with the difficult market as it currently is. She also went out of her way to help me get the house ready for market, and I couldn't have got it there without her! Can only highly recommend Pauline to anyone who is considering selling their property, she will listen to you, work with you and get your home sold.

Ben͏ 'Fantastic' Fidow Couldn't be happier with Ben's service. As first home buyers, he gave us the hands-on advice and assistance we needed to get the deal across the line with the vendor. Really personable attitude and showed caring for us as the buyer which you don't often get! Really Really enjoyed every interaction and meeting with Ben along the way, including all the late-night conversations when things were moving too quickly for us to handle ourselves!
