TC was amazing and patient with us while trying to purchase a car and waiting for our mortgage settlement date. He made the process super easy with no pressure! He guaranteed us the car we wanted and had it ready for pick up at the promised date and time. He helped us with the flash features of the massive screen and hooked us up with an umbrella and drink bottle, as well as pineapple lumps. Thanks to TC and the rest of the team at Team Hutchison Ford for our new wheels
I just want to mention the amazing service I’ve received. I first came in during February 2022, and since then, every salesperson has spoken to me, not my husband, about what I want, and have listened to my needs. I’ve loved being seen as a human who can buy their own vehicle, as opposed to arm candy who knows nothing. Thank you, to each and every human we’ve dealt with. They made things so much better, as now my mustang really feels like MINE!

Outstanding customer service from booking my vehicle in on-line, the experience of dropping it off to collecting the ute post service, to the follow up call the next day. A full explanation of what was done at the time of the service to receiving a fantastic vehicle wash & tyre black cemented to me that good old fashion customer service still exists! Looking forward to the next service and seeing the the site completed following its major renovations. Thank you to all the staff concerned.
Wow! What an amazing new dealership you have! I had my ranger serviced & everything went smoothly & the price was exactly what I was told it would be, it even came back spotlessly clean! Access was easy & thanks for the free coffee from the cafe! Will be back
First Ford I have owned since the 70's and the first new one I have ever purchased. Got the run around from the opposition but THF came to the party immediately and have been great to deal with ever since. A couple of small issues were attended to immediately and their service is first class. Service is great and I can definately recommend the Team.
So thankful to Thang and the Team Hutchinson Ford guys for sorting me a sweet new Wildtrack X. I asked Thang to build me exactly what I wanted and he over delivered by a mile. Beautiful truck exactly what I asked for and then some. Best service, great communication and exceeded my expectations thanks again Team !
Ordered new Ranger and was delivered on time with no issues. 3000km service was a disappointment due to poor communication within the business, this meant the central locking tailgate system that I got THF to organize with new car purchases wasn't sorted meaning a 4hr round trip to fix another time. I took the back cover of tailgate when I got home and found the worst workmanship possible on a new car!! I fixed the problem myself but as you can see from the photos the extra holes that have been drilled in the wrong place multiple times. I rung the dealership over 1 month ago asking for a please explain and how they would like to deal with this issue and haven't heard anything since. Very disappointed in the lack of customer service and workmanship.
Wonderful service keeps me going back have brought several cars here over the years and still have them serviced at the dealership Highly Recommend. Best Jet Planes in town
This has to be the best dealership I have ever been to. The service is excellent and there pricing is very reasonable. The team I'm the service department went out of there way to accomodate me. I was a new customer and they made me feel like I was one of their best customers. :- I give them 20 out of 10 for their positive can do attitudes. Thank you Team Hutchinson. See you again very soon I was back again at Hutchies today and it's really looking amazing. It's a next level workshop with real customer service.
