No problems with standard servicing, but outside of that have had variable experience. For instance, broken body kit clips went in the too hard basket and told me they couldn't do injector inspection/clean.
Very high level of professionalism and service. Felt very welcomed and looked after.
Had a wonderful dealing with Luke at Chch Mitsubishi, I really recommend coming here if you are after a great family vehicle, and knowledgeable and caring salesman!
Went in to get some parts for my Evo. The people in the lobby are stuck up and didn't want to help at all. The parts guy is awesome, I feel sorry for him though, locked in a back room with no windows. Its a new building, you could have given the poor guy a window in the design plans. Edit: Had my Evo three years and now its worth more than 80% of the new cars on the lot....
Nice and easy, done when they said it would be
after we bought a vehicle had some questions with no reply and we had a parcel tray worth $700 in it when on court and even got shown you can take it out get more room if needed. when we picked it up it was not in car and then got told they are ex rentals and don't come with it. If this was the case should never have been put in it when for sale. put a sour taste in my mouth that comes back when I think of it. nice car tho my wife loves it.

Just bought our first brand new car from CHCH Mitsubishi. Team at CHCH Mitsubishi is just outstanding. Luke was very helpful throughout the whole process. He showed us everything we need to know about new vehicle. Anna did a great job on all the paper work and David cleared all our doubts quickly. best team ever.
