Tour guides are very knowledgeable and it's great to learn about the valley and the cultural side of things too seeing the Maori arts and crafts institute. The kiwis are so cute!!! Was cool to see the valley. Definitely recommend supporting the business!

Went for the tour and a dinner. Tour was good. The dinner was awesome, food was actually worth to pay for. I just didn't want to stop eating it. Best food I had in a long time. Thank you chief

Smell rotten egg but good experience to see geysers still erupt and its the biggest in southern hemisphere lucky to experience this. Owhh need to pay admission for entry. Big place to walk or hoop their bus.

Absolutely awesome, fantastic staff, absolutely awesome atmosphere, spotless and clean everywhere you go. Will definitely be back. Had a guided tour with the steam pudding at the end and absolutely loved it, the guide was super and my children really enjoyed it.

Attended a 21st here in one of the 3 venues for private occasions. Very spacious, good seating arrangements. Multiple choices of various foods, all well presented and delicious. Tables waited well. There's plenty to do and see here. Enjoyable time.
