Te Hihi Estate

It was a pleasure to recently use Te Hihi Estate. It was an amazing stay, with absolutely stunning grounds and facilities. The management team were incredible and helped cater for all those last minute things with ease and professionalism - making it even more special. Utter disgraceful shockingly unprofessional customer service. Very unpleasant overall run by complete mugs. This estate is none what you expect you won't be satisfied with the simplest amenities. I would rather have my special day at the Friends And Family on K Road.

Don't expect Te Hihi Estate to deliver outstanding customer service. They have simply zero understanding of what the concept of "customer service" is all about. They will ignore your inquiry which is an absolute disgrace for a place calling itself "luxury". Wake up guys, when you charge thousands of $$ you need to learn that your customer service should be simply perfect!

They are lying to customers and have no respect to other businesses or people. They call them luxury more like privileged people who think they are above others. Will never be doing business again with Te Hihi. We have done events here before even then have had many problems with there management team adding last minute requestslitterally one day before event type. Lost alot of money because of these guys. Worst place to hire out.

Stunning , my cousin got married here on March 21 2021. I wish I could live here what a beautiful place, doesn't feel like you're in Auckland.

Beautiful venue, that had everything we needed- from a wonderfully equipped kitchen to a golf-cart to drive around in. Loved it!
