Here is a place to have a short walk, less than 40mins. The playground is on the way of Te Atatu Walkway.
Stunning views, you can see harbour bridge and sky tower from here
This beach and the reserve is absolutely gorgeous! Breathtaking sights of the CBD and plenty to do and discover for kids... and shady spots for adults and babies too. Awesome place to spend an afternoon
Nice little spot for a stroll. Great views and not too busy.
Easy, pleasant, good views harbour.
Was looking for a easy beach visit with children, and came across this. Beach walkway is good, but check out tides if you want to experience some water. Less wind make it quite comfortable to be there. Park near by is small but elegant.
It's a great walk. Good paths and great wooden walk ways ... mostly . Great views plenty of bird life too. The walk wsy takes you along the edge of the mangroves.
A small beach often visited by children because of it lack of big waves. Distant view of the Harbour bridge, Point Chev, and across the Harbour to Chatswood
A nice quiet place to visit. Make sure you visit during the high tide as it looks like a desert during the low tide. There is a small playground and some places to sit here and there. Nothing fancy but its ideal for a quick getaway for some chips. We normally take some matts and stay next to the beach. Its pretty isolated and feel so private.
Nice small local beach with sandy part and groovy mangroves, there's a playground but no public toilets
